Mubasher: National Finance’s board recommended distributing cash dividends for the fiscal year 2016.

The company will pay 14% cash dividends of the capital and 3% bonus shares, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.

The board will distribute 14 baisa per share (OMR 3.79 million) and 3 bonus shares for every 100 shares.

The company’s general meeting agreed on distributing 12% cash dividends of the capital and 3% bonus shares for the fiscal year 2015.

National Finance’s shareholders approved the capital increase to reach 271.13 million shares from 263.23 million.
